You're all familiar with Ted and Francis of Kitsuné fame (who's Rhys is responsible for the vocals on everyone's favourite synth pop anthem, 'Shooting Stars' by the ever-effervescent Bag Raiders).
But before I take you there, firstly, say hello to Flight Facilities and their debut single 'Crave You'. Whenever there aren't any pics of the actual band on their myspace, I can't help but jump to the conclusion that they probably don't serve very good/pretty visage. Flight Facilities might have fallen prey to my cold (and unfair, but life's tough) prejudices, but they've totally won me over with their very pretty song 'Crave You' sung by Giselle Rosselli. Check it, the track is sweet, simple but addictive, then catch the Ted and Francis cover below that:
The Ted and Francis rendition plays it more cool, seemingly more aloof, but with that slightly husky vocal of Rhys' still pleading "Why can't you want me like the others do?" A slick, suave cover, the perfect soundtrack to drag a hand through your coolly dishevelled hair whilst throwing a furtive look to the object of your desire with.
