And Theophilus London certainly is. He says that: "This song is about a kid from Brooklyn having dreams of jetting off to an exotic land with a loved one. I want to inspire kids to travel. Traveling inspires my music the most. It has inspired the entire album I just finished writing."
When we met Theophilus whilst he was in Brazil earlier this year, he hinted that he was going topless on one of his single covers. And there it is above. With shades ON, of course.
Anyways, this is his new jam! It doesn't necessarily scream 'single', but it's a gorgeous track nonetheless. Entitled 'Flying Overseas', it's got sexy time bass and sweetly flirting top end synths, enriched with Dev Hynes producing and also pulling backing vocals whilst Solange Knowles contributes her pipes as the cherry on top of the whole lush concoction. Get your headphones on and groove to this one, baby.
We did an interview with him as well. That IS coming up soon, I PROMISE.
